In the case of a free subscription package, your listings will be removed after the designated free subscription period but your data will be retained until you decide to permanently delete your CBD account. In the case of an one-off (lifetime) package, your listing(s) and account data will be retained for life, unless you decide to request erasure of your data or permanent deletion of your CBD account at any point in time.
Through your CBD online account you can at any time request the erasure of your CBD account data or download your CBD account data for archival purposes. You can also request the permanent deletion of your CBD account, alongside any data associated with it. For companies based in Europe, the CBD website follows the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) guidelines.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our servers immediately.

All registered trademarks, logos and other intellectual property of the parties listed under the CBD website remain the exclusive property of their respective organization, company or individual. It is highly recommended to be the owner of the companies you register in the CBD website or alternatively have a legal authorization to do so by the company owner. If your company has been registered by someone else, and you are the legal owner of that company, the CBD website will soon offer a feature by which you will be able to claim the company under your CBD account. Until then, the CBD website cannot be held liable for any person outside your company submitting your company listing on the CBD website. If this happens and you need the listing to be removed immediately, please contact us.
